Yieldzeniqhtvx SpA, Tax ID 77.834.219-K, registered at Avenida Apoquindo 4500, 12th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, is the controller of the personal data collected through yieldzeniqhtvx.com. This policy is aligned with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life and the new Law No. 21,719 on the protection of personal data in force from 2026.
1. What data we collect
We only collect the minimum information we need: your full name, email and the content you voluntarily write in the contact form. If you decide to invest we will additionally ask for your RUT, address and bank details to comply with the rules of the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) and the Financial Analysis Unit (UAF).
2. What we use it for
We use your data to answer your enquiry, send you the technical dossier of the buildings receiving capital, comply with our Chilean legal obligations and improve the platform. We never sell your data to third parties, not even to partner developers.
3. Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent when submitting the form, the performance of a contract when you invest in a building, and compliance with Chilean legal obligations (Fintec Law 21,521, Anti-Money Laundering Law 19,913, CMF and SII regulations).
4. Retention period
We keep your data while a relationship exists with you. Records linked to investments are retained for at least 6 years, the term required by the Chilean tax authority (SII) and AML rules.
5. Processors
We share strictly necessary information with cloud providers located in Chile and the European Union (Amazon Web Services - São Paulo and Frankfurt regions), our auditor PKF Chile Auditores Consultores Ltda., the notary public formalising the loan agreements and Banco de Chile, where the trust accounts are held.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation rights at any time by writing to privacidad@yieldzeniqhtvx.com. We have up to 20 business days to respond and you may file a complaint with the upcoming Chilean Data Protection Agency.
7. Automated decisions
We do not apply purely automated decisions to your investment request. Each application is reviewed by a human credit committee made up of two senior analysts and an independent lawyer.
