Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 February 2026
This policy explains how Yieldzeniqhtvx SpA uses cookies and similar technologies on yieldzeniqhtvx.com, in line with Chilean Law 19,628, Law 21,719 and the recommendations of Chile's Council for Transparency.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a site stores on your device to remember information such as your language or the last project you visited. We also use the browser's local storage for the same purpose.
2. Categories we use
We distinguish four categories: strictly necessary (always on), analytics, advertising and personalisation. You can switch them on or off at any time from the Manage preferences button in the banner.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with default values set to denied for ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage and personalization_storage. Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 services only become active when you give explicit consent. The consent signal is sent to Google anonymously, without sharing identifying data until you opt in.
4. Third-party cookies
If you accept the advertising category we will load the Google Ads tag (AW-18064110603) to measure conversions from our Chile-specific campaigns. If you accept analytics we will load GA4 to understand which buildings catch your interest.
5. How to manage your cookies
You can delete all cookies from your browser settings. When you do, the banner will reappear and you will be able to set new preferences. We also keep your choice in local storage under the key yzx_consent_v2.
6. Technical list
Necessary cookies: yzx_lang (active language), yzx_consent_v2 (record of your preferences). Analytics: _ga, _ga_*. Advertising: _gcl_au, _gac_*. Personalisation: yzx_last_project. Duration ranges from 30 days to 13 months depending on the case.
